1. Broker–Consumer Relationship
By registering, you acknowledge entering into a lawful broker–consumer relationship with Eni Mece of Sutton Group West Coast Realty (the "Member"). This website is a Virtual Office Website ("VOW") through which the Member provides real estate brokerage services.
2. Bona Fide Interest
You represent and warrant that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW.
3. Personal, Non-Commercial Use
All data and information obtained through this VOW is intended for and may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use. You will not use any of the data or information for any commercial purpose, including without limitation resale, redistribution, or the operation of a competing service.
4. No Copying or Redistribution
You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any of the data or information provided through this VOW, in whole or in part, and you will not permit any other person to do so.
5. Ownership and Copyright
You acknowledge the ownership of, and the validity of the copyright of, Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (and its partner boards: the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board, and the BC Northern Real Estate Board) in the MLS® database and all listing content provided through this VOW.
6. Account Registration and Validation
Access to VOW data requires registration with your name and a valid email address, acceptance of these Terms of Use by explicit action, and confirmation of your email address via a validation email. Access is not granted until your email address has been validated.
7. Account Term and Renewal
Your VOW account remains active for a maximum of 30 days from validation. After 30 days your access expires and, to continue, you must reactivate your account by confirming a new validation email. Renewal is never automatic — it requires your action each time.
8. Accuracy of Information
Listing information is provided by Greater Vancouver REALTORS® and its partner boards and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. All information should be independently verified. Neither the boards nor the Member assumes any responsibility for its accuracy.
9. Termination
The Member may terminate your access to this VOW at any time for breach of these Terms of Use or as required by Greater Vancouver REALTORS® rules and policies.
10. Privacy
Your registration information (name, email, phone) is collected to operate this VOW, to comply with MLS® rules, and to allow the Member to provide brokerage services to you. It is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by the board or by law.
